  1. YES x Frog Free SIM Terms and Conditions.<\/strong>
    \nThe YES x Frog Free SIM is a Service Plan provided under the Prepaid Service by YTL Communications Sdn Bhd (\u201cYES\u201d or \u201cWe\u201d)). It is available only for the selected members determine by YTL Foundation (\u201cEligible Subscribers\u201d or \u201cYou\u201d). Each Eligible Subscriber is entitled to register for one (1) YES x Frog Free SIM only provided that the Eligible Subscriber does not have, in aggregate, more than five (5) prepaid service accounts with YES.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Applicable Terms and Conditions.<\/strong>
    \nSubject only to the variations as expressly set out herein, all other terms and conditions in the Prepaid Service Terms and Conditions available at www.yes.my\/tnc<\/a> shall be applicable and are binding on You. In the event of any inconsistency between the YES x Frog Free SIM Terms and Conditions and the Prepaid Service Terms and Conditions, these YES x Frog Free SIM Terms and Conditions shall prevail to the extent of any such inconsistency.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. The YES x Frog Free SIM<\/strong>
    \n3.1 The YES x Frog Free SIM consists of a SIM Card which is loaded with the following:-
    \n(a) One (1) YES Prepaid SIM Card with YES Mobile Number; and
    \n(b) A Prepaid Service plan with the following service offerings:-
    \ni. a total of 120GB data with 10GB data allocated for each Service Cycle (\u201cData Allocation<\/b>\u201d) for twelve (12) Service Cycles, subject to review by YES at the end of the sixth (6th) Service Cycle. Each Data Allocation shall be valid for use during the relevant Service Cycle. Any unutilised Data Allocation from the preceding Service Cycle will be forfeited and will not be transferred to the succeeding Service Cycle;
    \nii. free unlimited On-Net Services.<\/span><\/span> <\/p>\n

    3.2 Prepaid Data Add-On and YES Credits may be purchased if required. Charges will be imposed for all Off-Net SMS. Please refer to the Prepaid Terms and Conditions for further details on Off-Net SMS charges.<\/p>\n

    3.3 In the event that You have fully utilised (a) the 10GB Internet Data before the next service cycled and (b) any Data Add-Ons purchased during the service cycle, You may enjoy Free Basic Internet during the remaining days of the Service Cycle.<\/p>\n

    3.4 The Prepaid Service plan referred to in Clause 3.1 (b) above may, at YES\u2019 sole discretion, be extended for a further period to be determined by YES at the end of the first twelve (12) Service Cycles, subject to the same terms and conditions contained herein.<\/p>\n

    3.5 You may apply the YES x Frog Free SIM via YES online store<\/a> only.<\/p>\n

    3.6 Upon receipt of an application, YES will verify with YTL Foundation if the eligibility criteria has been met and thereafter an email notification will be sent to inform applicant if his\/her application is successful or otherwise. If the application is successful, the YES x Frog Free SIM card (\u201cYES x Frog SIM Card\u201d) will be delivered to the Eligible Subscriber at the address provided in the application form.<\/p>\n

     <\/li>\n

  4. Activation of YES x Frog Free SIM<\/strong>
    \nYou are required to perform a one-time activation of the YES x Frog SIM Card within a period of six (6) months from the date of delivery of the YES x Frog SIM Card to You, failing which the YES x Frog SIM Card can no longer be activated and no replacement YES x Frog SIM Card will be provided to You.
    \nTo activate your YES x Frog SIM Card,
    \n(i) Download the     MyYes<\/a> app;
    \n(ii) On the login page, press \u201cNew User\u201d;
    \n(iii) Press \u201cActivate SIM\u201d button and follow the self-activation steps on the screen;
    \n(iv) Once Your activation is successful, You can now login to Your account using Your phone number and the password sent to Your email. You can also login using the TAC method if You can\u2019t find your password.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Charges & SST<\/strong>
    \n5.1 Save as expressly provided herein, there will be no charges imposed on Your use of domestic On-Net Services. However, the following charges will be imposed on Your use of domestic Off-Net Services:-<\/span><\/span> <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

    5.4 The charges stated in this Clause 5 are exclusive of SST.<\/p>\n

  6. Right to change.<\/strong>
    \nWe reserve the right to change, modify and\/or amend these YES x Frog Free SIM Terms and Conditions or any part thereof at any time without any liability to You. For the purposes of this provision, a modification, change and\/or amendment to these YES x Frog Free SIM Terms and Conditions will be deemed to be effective upon a notice being placed on Our official website @ www.yes.my<\/a>. We may also notify You by sending a notice electronically to Your last known e-mail address registered with or provided to Us.<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Definitions<\/strong>
    \nAll capitalized terms and expressions in these YES x Frog Free SIM Terms and Conditions, unless defined herein, shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in the Prepaid Service Terms and Conditions.
    \n\u201cSST<\/b>\u201d means any sales and services tax or any similar value added tax on the sale of goods or the provision of services in accordance to the Sales Tax Act 2018 and\/or the Service Tax Act 2018.
    \n\u201cOff-Net Services<\/b>\u201d means the provisioning of services beyond Our Network where access to a third party service provider\u2019s network will be required in order to provide the services.
    \n\u201cOn-Net Services<\/b>\u201d means the provisioning of services within Our Network and access to a third party service provider\u2019s network will not be required in order to provide the services.
    \n\u201cFree Basic Internet<\/b>\u201d means the Internet access service provided free as part of the YES x Frog Free SIM at throttled speed of 128 kbps on best effort basis.
    \n\u201cService Cycle<\/b>\u201d means the period of thirty (30) calendar days for each Service Cycle commencing on the activation date of The YES x Frog Free SIM.
