  1. What is \u2018Yes Online Prepaid SIM Card 7GB for Learn From Home Programme\u2019 (\u201cLFH Programme\u201d)?
    \n<\/strong>The LFH Programme is open to all Malaysian parents with children studying in primary or secondary government or government-aided schools in Malaysia (\u201cEligible Subscribers\u201d) to enable their children to access online learning resources, including the FrogPlay Quiz Application for the purposes of anytime, anywhere learning.<\/li>\n
  2. What is the LFH Programme period?
    \n<\/strong>The LFH Programme will commence on 16 September 2021, 12:00 a.m. and will continue until 30 September 2022, 11:59 p.m.<\/li>\n
  3. What does the LFH Programme Bundle consist of?
    \n<\/strong>It consists of:
    \n(a) FREE One (1) YES Prepaid SIM Card with Yes Mobile Number;
    \n(b) FREE 7GB LTE Data for a service validity period of thirty (30) days each cycle during the Campaign Period (\u201cService Validity Period\u201d), subject to Clauses 5.2, 5.3 and 5.4 below (\u201cService Validity Period\u201d).<\/li>\n
  4. Who is eligible to redeem this LFH Programme Bundle?
    \n<\/strong>All parents who are Malaysian citizens or permanent residents with school-going children (aged less than 20 years old who are currently enrolled in primary or secondary government or government-aided schools in Malaysia). Eligible Subscriber must have a valid MyKad (or MyPR or My Tentera, as applicable) and the Eligible Subscriber\u2019s child must have a valid MyKad (or if the child is less than twelve (12) years old and\/or does not yet have a MyKad, the child must have a valid MyKid).<\/li>\n
  5. How to redeem the LFH Programme Bundle?
    \n<\/strong>To redeem the LFH Programme Bundle, each Eligible Subscriber must register his\/her interest via YES Online Portal at https:\/\/ytlfoundation.org\/<\/a> and provide the required information in the designated columns therein.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Is there any verification required to participate in this LFH Programme Bundle?
    \n<\/strong>Yes, verification of NRIC is needed during registration. You may proceed and register via Yes Online Portal at     https:\/\/ytlfoundation.org\/<\/a> and provide the required information in the designated columns therein.<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. How many LFH Programme Bundle entitled to register for each Eligible Subscriber?
    \n<\/strong>Each Eligible Subscriber is entitled to register one (1) LFH Programme Bundle. An Eligible Subscriber must not have, in aggregate, more than five (5) prepaid accounts with YES.<\/li>\n
  8. Does the YES Prepaid Service account have validity period?
    \n<\/strong>Yes, the YES Prepaid Service Account has an Account Validity Period of thirty (30) days for each Service Validity Period during the Campaign Period which ends on 30th September 2022. You may purchase YES Reload to extend your YES Prepaid Service account.<\/li>\n
  9. How do I activate the YES Prepaid SIM Card once received?
    \n<\/strong>To activate your SIM Card:
    \nFor New User<\/strong>
    \n(i) Download the     MyYes<\/a> app;
    \n(ii) On the login page, press \u201cNew User\u201d;
    \n(iii) Press \u201cActivate SIM\u201d button and follow the self-activation steps on the screen; and
    \n(iv) Once your activation is successful, you can now login to your Service account using your phone number and the password sent to your email. You can also login using the TAC method if you cannot find your password.For Existing User<\/strong>
    \n(i) Login to the     MyYes<\/a> app;
    \n(ii) Go to Quick Access, press \u201cActivate SIM\u201d button and follow the self-activation steps on the screen; and
    \n(iii) Once your activation is successful, you can now login to your Service account using your phone number and the password sent to your email. You can also login using the TAC method if you cannot find your password.<\/li>\n
  10. Must I activate the SIM Card immediately upon receipt of the SIM Card or can I do so at a later time?
    \n<\/strong>You are encouraged to activate your SIM Card immediately so that you can enjoy using the Services. Upon delivery of the SIM Card to you, you are required to perform a one-time activation of the SIM Card within six (6) months from the date of delivery of the SIM Card, failing which the SIM Card can no longer be activated thereafter and no replacement SIM Card will be provided. Failure to activate the SIM Card constitutes a material breach of these Promotion T&Cs which would entitle YES to immediately terminate your Service account without any further notice.<\/li>\n
