  1. What is PayQuik?
    \n<\/strong>PayQuik is a payment channel designed to give you more payment options, giving you even more convenience and flexibility.<\/li>\n
  2. How do I reload via PayQuik kiosks?
    \nA.<\/strong>\u00a0Visit a PayQuik Kiosk.
    \nB.<\/strong>\u00a0Select \u201cTelco\u201d > Select \u201cYes\u201d > Select \u201cYES Prepaid Reloads\u201d.
    \nC.<\/strong>\u00a0A statement on the Personal Data Protection Act will appear. Read the statement carefully and press \u201cNext\u201d.
    \nD.<\/strong>\u00a0Enter your mobile number and press \u201cNext\u201d.
    \nE.<\/strong>\u00a0Choose how much you wish to reload: RM10, RM30, RM50 or RM100.
    \nF.<\/strong>\u00a0Enter the EXACT amount of money into the machine. Once the correct amount is inserted,
    \nthe \u201cPay\u201d button will change from grey to yellow. Press the \u201cPay\u201d button.
    \nG.<\/strong>\u00a0Take the printed receipt from the Kiosk. The PIN will be printed on the receipt. \u201cActivate it\u201d<\/p>\n

    (a) Via Online Portal
    \n1. Log on to YES Express Payment Channel<\/a>
    \n2. Enter your YES ID \/ Phone Number \/ Account Number
    \n3. Enter the 16-digit Activation Code and click submit<\/p>\n

    (b) Via SMS*
    \n1. Type REL <16-digit Activation Code>
    \n2. Send the SMS to 018 330 1111
    \n\u2022 Your reload will be credited immediately to your YES account
    \n*Standard SMS charges apply to reloads via other telco operators.

    \nH.<\/strong>If you have any enquiries, call PayQuik\u2019s toll-free Careline at 1800-18-7845. Operating hours are 9am to 9pm from Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 6pm on Saturdays. PayQuik is closed on Sundays. In addition to the toll-free Careline, you may also call 019-2944580 or 016-6458147 for further enquiries.<\/li>\n

  3. Will I be charged additional fees when I purchase reloads via PayQuik kiosks?
    \n<\/strong>No, you will not be charged any additional fees.<\/li>\n
  4. What are accepted modes of payment?
    \n<\/strong>Only cash payments are accepted for PayQuik transactions.<\/li>\n
  5. How do I check if my reload is successful?
    \n<\/strong>Please download the\u00a0    MyYes app\u00a0<\/a>to see that the reload amount has been credited to your current account balance.<\/p>\n
