    \nAs per the requirements set by the SKMM (Suruhanjaya Komunikasi dan Multimedia Malaysia), the maximum registration of Prepaid Starter Packs is (5) per NRIC \/ ID.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Can I still use the Prepaid Starter Pack without registering my details?<\/strong>
    \nNo, you cannot. As per the requirements set by the SKMM, all prepaid users will need to register with their respective service providers.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Is there an expiry on the free data that comes with my Prepaid Starter Pack?<\/strong>
    \nYes, the free data of your Prepaid Starter Pack is valid for seven (7) days from the date of service successful activation. The balance of unused free data will be forfeited<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. How will I know if I have received the free data?<\/strong>
    \nPlease log on to your\u00a0<\/span>    MyYes<\/a> app\u00a0to see your account balance status.<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Can I purchase a Prepaid Data Add-on before my free data expires?<\/strong>
    \nYes, you can.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. Am I allowed to choose my Yes number when I purchase the Prepaid Starter Pack?<\/strong>
    \nThe Yes number will be pre-assigned to the SIM Card which you can see displayed on the Starter Pack you purchased. However, you can choose the Starter Pack with the YES number that you prefer.<\/span><\/li>\n
  9. What happens if my Yes account becomes inactive?<\/strong>
    \nYou can still receive calls & SMS and make emergency calls. However, you will not be able to make any calls, send SMS or surf the internet. Kindly purchase a Yes Reload for your account to reactivate your account.<\/span><\/li>\n
