These cashback are valid with any of the 10 participating merchants when you make a purchase using your ShopeePay e-wallet.   2. How do I claim my YES Prihatin x Shopee Cashback Rewards?<\/strong>
    \nExisting YES customer:
    \nPlease ensure your ShopeePay account is registered to your YES number. You will automatically receive the YES Prihatin x Shopee Cashback Rewards within 10 working days of your Jaringan Prihatin Subsidy redemption.<\/span><\/span>New YES customer and have claimed the Jaringan Prihatin Subsidy with YES:
    \nYou will receive the YES Prihatin x Shopee Cashback Rewards within 10 working days of activating your new YES Prihatin SIM card. Please ensure your ShopeePay account is registered to your YES number.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. How do I create a ShopeePay account?<\/strong>
    \nTo create a ShopeePay account:

    \n2. Sign up for a Shopee account

    \n3. Tap the\u00a0gear<\/strong>\u00a0icon to open\u00a0Account Settings<\/strong>
    \n4. Tap \u2018My Profile<\/strong>\u2018
    \n5. Then, tap \u2018Phone<\/strong>\u2018
    \n6. Tap \u2018Edit<\/strong>\u2018 and enter your YES phone number, generating an OTP code delivered to your YES number.
    \n7. Enter the OTP code and finalise the change.\u00a0<\/span>

    \nNo, the YES Prihatin x Shopee Cashback Rewards cannot be converted to or withdrawn as cash.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. I have more than one ShopeePay account. Which account will the YES Prihatin x Shopee Cashback Rewards be credited to?\u00a0<\/strong>
    \nThe Cashback Rewards will be credited to the ShopeePay account under the YES number that you used to register for the Jaringan Prihatin Subsidy.<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. How many YES Prihatin x Shopee Cashback Rewards will I receive?<\/strong>
    \nIf you claim your Jaringan Prihatin Subsidy with YES, you are entitled to ten (10) YES Prihatin x Shopee Cashback Rewards worth up to RM50 (RM5 each). You can use these Cashback Rewards with any of the 10 participating merchants when you pay with your ShopeePay e-wallet. If you apply with multiple phones, the cashback reward will be awarded to the first phone with a successful application.<\/span><\/li>\n
