  2. Who is eligible to participate in the Jaringan Prihatin with YES Programme?<\/strong>
    \nAll Malaysian citizens eligible for Bantuan Prihatin Rakyat (\u201cBPR\u201d) aid are eligible to participate in the Jaringan Prihatin with YES Programme. But only the primary BPR applicant from each household can apply. Terms and conditions apply.<\/span><\/li>\n

  5. Does the Jaringan Prihatin with YES Programme allow you to participate in the Kasi Up and Prihatin Refer & Earn Programmes?<\/strong>
    \nYes, after activating the YES Prihatin SIM, customers may share their referral code with family and friends. For further details, please refer to the YES Kasi Up and Prihatin Refer & Earn terms and conditions.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. What happens if I do not utilise my Data Capacity Allocation completely?<\/strong>
    \nAny unused data will not be brought forward to the following month.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. What happens if I fully utilise the Data Capacity Allocation prior to the service validity expiration date?<\/strong>
    \nYou can continue enjoying access to the internet, but at a throttled internet speed of up to 512kbps. To continue enjoying our services at a faster speed, you may purchase the Prepaid Data Add-On via the\u00a0MyYes<\/a> app or YES Express Payment Channel<\/a>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. Could I make a switch from a non-YES mobile number to a Jaringan Prihatin with YES Programme?
    \n<\/strong>Yes, you may do so by following the steps below:
    \nStep 1: Install the\u00a0    MyYes\u00a0<\/a>app
    \nStep 2: Click \u201cSwitch To YES\u201d in the \u201cQuick Access\u201d tab. Another \u201cSwitch to YES\u201d button will appear. Click on that as well
    \nStep 3: Enter the number you would like to port in and click \u201cVERIFY\u201d
    \nStep 4: Click on the replacement YES number and select \u201cSUBMIT\u201d
    \nStep 5: Await a confirmation text message from your previous Service Provider, reply with a \u201cyes\u201d
    \nStep 6: To check your status, go to \u201cSwitch to YES\u201d under \u201cQuick Access\u201d. Finally, select \u201cCHECK STATUS\u201d.<\/span><\/li>\n
  9. I have received my SIM. How do I proceed with activation?<\/strong>
    \nTo activate your SIM:
    \n(i) Download the\u00a0    MyYes<\/a>\u00a0app
    \n(ii) On the login page, press \u201cNew User\u201d
    \n(iii) Click the \u201cActivate SIM\u201d button and follow the self-activation steps on the screen
    \n(iv) Once your activation is successful, log on to your account using your phone number and the password sent to your email. If you are unable to use your password, try logging in using the TAC method.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
