  1. Who is eligible to participate in the Jaringan Prihatin programme?<\/strong>
    \nAll Malaysian citizens that are eligible for Bantuan Prihatin Rakyat (BPR) will be eligible to participate in the Jaringan Prihatin programme. The primary applicant of BPR of each household is eligible to participate in this programme.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Am I eligible for Jaringan Prihatin if I am single with no children?<\/strong>
    \nYes, as long as you are eligible for BPR, you are considered eligible for Jaringan Prihatin. If you are single with no children, you are entitled to the subsidy allocation where you are able to receive RM15 over 12 months for a monthly data plan, or RM180 for a device package subsidy. <\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Am I eligible for Jaringan Prihatin if I am single with children?<\/strong>
    \nYes, as long as you are eligible for BPR, you are considered eligible for Jaringan Prihatin. If you are single with children under the age of 18, you are entitled to the subsidy allocation of RM15 per month over 12 months for a monthly data plan, or RM300 for a device package subsidy.<\/li>\n
  4. Am I eligible for Jaringan Prihatin if I am married with no children?<\/strong>
    \nYes, as long as you are eligible for BPR, you are considered eligible for Jaringan Prihatin. If you are married with no children, you are entitled to the subsidy allocation of RM15 over 12 months for a monthly data plan, or RM180 for a device package subsidy.<\/li>\n
  5.  Am I eligible for Jaringan Prihatin if I am married with children?<\/strong>
    \nYes, as long as you are eligible for BPR, you are considered eligible for Jaringan Prihatin. If you are married with children under the age of 18, you are entitled to the subsidy allocation of RM15 per month over 12 months for a monthly data plan, or RM300 for a device package subsidy.<\/li>\n
  6. My children are over 18 years old but still live in my home, am I eligible to receive the RM300 device package subsidy?<\/strong>
    \nNo, you are only eligible to receive the RM300 device package subsidy if your children are below 18 years old.<\/li>\n
  7.  I am a Malaysian citizen married to a foreign national with children. Am I eligible for Jaringan Prihatin?<\/strong>
    \nIf you are a Malaysian citizen who is eligible for BPR and married to a foreign national, you are eligible for Jaringan Prihatin. If you have children under the age of 18, you are entitled to the RM300 subsidy allocation, whereby you will receive RM15 per month over 12 months for a monthly data plan, or RM300 for a device package subsidy.<\/li>\n
  8. How do I know if my registration to be part of Bantuan Prihatin Rakyat is successful?<\/strong>
    \nIn order to know if your registration to be part of BPR is successful, please follow these steps:
    \nStep 1: Using your internet browser, go to https:\/\/bpr.hasil.gov.my\/<\/a>
    \nStep 2: Click \u201clog masuk\u201d on the top right of the webpage
    \nStep 3: Enter your IC number and click \u201csemak\u201d<\/li>\n
  9. Does Jaringan Prihatin apply for foreign subscribers?<\/strong>
    \nNo, the Jaringan Prihatin programme is only available to Malaysian citizens whom are eligible for BPR.<\/li>\n
  10.  I am not eligible for this programme; am I able to appeal my eligibility status?<\/strong>
    \nAll recipients of BPR are eligible for the Jaringan Prihatin programme. If you have been deemed to be not eligible for the Jaringan Prihatin programme, please seek further information on BPR eligibility, via the BPR website (    https:\/\/bpr.hasil.gov.my<\/a>) or contact the BPR hotline (1800-88-2747). The upcoming window for BPR appeal will run from 15th June \u2013 30th June 2021. <\/li>\n
  11. I am eligible for the Jaringan Prihatin programme and I have 2 mobile numbers. Can I claim on both numbers?<\/strong>
    \nOnly one claim is allowed per National Registration Identification Card (\u201cNRIC\u201d) of eligible individuals. If you have two (2) mobile numbers, you may choose only one (1) mobile number that you will claim the subsidy on.<\/li>\n
  12. How will Jaringan Prihatin subsidy recipients be paid?<\/strong>
    \nThe Jaringan Prihatin subsidy recipients will be paid through approved data plans or device packages from YES.
    \nYou can apply through     yes.my\/kasiupb40<\/a>  or download the MyYes<\/a>  app and click b40 banner.<\/li>\n
  13. Is a Jaringan Prihatin subsidy recipient allowed to claim the subsidy from different Service Providers during the 12-month program period?<\/strong>
    \nYes, an eligible recipient is allowed to claim the Jaringan Prihatin subsidy from up to four (4) different Service Providers over the 12 month programme period. Eligible subscribers can be only registered with one (1) Service Provider at any point in time during this period.Please refer to     yes.my\/kasiupb40<\/a>  for more information on redemption and switching.<\/li>\n
  14. Can the eligible subscriber participate in Jaringan Prihatin with more than one (1) claim on a single National Registration Identity Card (\u201cNRIC\u201d)?<\/strong>
    \nNo. Each eligible customer is allowed only one claim per NRIC under the Jaringan Prihatin programme.<\/li>\n
  15. Can a subsidy recipient transfer the Jaringan Prihatin Subsidy to any other person(s)?<\/strong>
    \nNo. The Jaringan Prihatin subsidy is tied to the individual subscriber\u2019s NRIC and therefore cannot be transferred to a third party.<\/li>\n
  16. Can a subsidy recipient withdraw the Jaringan Prihatin Subsidy as Cash?<\/strong>
