Pay via AutoPay<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. What is AutoPay?
    \n<\/strong>You will be able to automatically renew your Prepaid Data Add-On at the end of the Data Add-On Validity Period by using your registered credit\/debit card. By doing so, it frees you from the hassle of keeping track of the expiry date of your Prepaid Data Add-Ons Validity Period. For more information, please refer to the terms and conditions<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. How do I subscribe to AutoPay?
    \n<\/strong>You may subscribe to AutoPay by following these steps on the     MyYes app<\/a>:- .
    \ni) Log in to MyYes app
    \nii) Go to \u201cProfile\u201d and save your credit card details;
    \niii) Go to \u201cBuy Add On\u201d on the home screen and choose an Add-On;
    \niv) Select the Credit\/Debit Card option then subscribe for AutoPay<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. When will my Prepaid Data Add-On be renewed?
    \n<\/strong>Your Prepaid Data Add-On will be renewed based on the expiry date of your Prepaid Data Add-Ons validity period. E.g. Prepaid Data Add-On Kasi Up 7Days 10GB with 7 days validity will be renewed every 7 days, while Prepaid Data Add-On Kasi Up 30Days 10GB with 30 days validity will be renewed every 30 days.<\/li>\n
  4. Can I change my credit card details?
    \n<\/strong>Yes, you can change your credit\/debit card details through the     MyYes app<\/a>by executing the following steps:-
    \n(i) Click \u201cmore\u201d icon
    \n(ii) Click \u201cName\/Mobile Number\u201d display
    \n(iii) Click \u201cBilling\u201d and \u201cManage Card\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Will my Prepaid Data Add-On be automatically renewed if I finish using my internet data before the expiry of the Data Add-On Validity Period?<\/strong>
      \nNo, for your Prepaid Data Add-On to be renewed, your current Prepaid Data Add-On Validity Period has to expire first.<\/li>\n
    2. How can I cancel my AutoPay service?
      \n<\/strong>You may unsubscribe through       MyYes app<\/a>.<\/li>\n
    3. Can I use a third party credit\/debit card to subscribe to AutoPay?
      \n<\/strong>No, you must use your own credit\/debit card to subscribe to AutoPay.<\/li>\n
    4. I am postpaid subscriber, how to enable auto billing?<\/strong>
      \n<\/strong>Yes, you can enable auto billing through the       MyYes app<\/a>by executing the following steps:-
