    \n<\/strong>JomPAY is a national initiative, supported by Banks, to enable online bill payments across Malaysia. Payments Network Malaysia Sdn Bhd (PayNet) operates JomPAY.<\/li>\n
  2. Is JomPAY FREE?
    \n<\/strong>Yes, JomPAY is absolutely FREE for customers who are making bill payments.<\/li>\n
  3. Where can I find JomPAY?
    \n<\/strong>JomPAY is available on all Internet & Mobile Banking service from\u00a042<\/a>\u00a0banks in Malaysia.<\/li>\n
  4. Do I have to register before making a payment with JomPAY?
    \n<\/strong>No registration is required with JomPAY. However, you must have Internet or Mobile Banking services access at one of the\u00a0    42<\/a> For more information on obtaining Internet or Mobile Banking services access, please contact your preferred bank.<\/li>\n
  5. How do I pay with JomPAY?
    \n<\/strong>It\u2019s simple. All you have to do is:
    \nStep 1 \u2013 Login to your Internet or Mobile Banking Service;
    \nStep 2 \u2013 Select JomPAY from the Pay Bills menu;
    \nStep 3 \u2013 Enter Biller Code (22376 for YES), Ref-1 (Billing Account) and payment amount;
    \nStep 4 \u2013 Verify the information and confirming the transaction.
    \nStep 5 \u2013 A unique JomPAY Reference No. will be provided upon successful transaction.<\/li>\n
  6. How long does it take for my payments to go through?
    \n<\/strong>The payments made during business day, weekend or public holiday will only be reflected on the next business day.<\/li>\n
  7. What is Biller Code?
    \n<\/strong>Biller Code is a unique number to identify a JomPAY Biller. YES\u2019s unique Biller Code is 22376.<\/li>\n
  8. What is Ref-1? How do I to find it?
    \n<\/strong>Ref-1 is YES Billing account number. Ref-1 is printed next to the JomPAY logo on your bill statement. Just look for the JomPAY logo on your bill statement.<\/li>\n
  9. What is Ref-2? How do I to find it?
    \n<\/strong>Ref-2 is a Contact Number. Ref-2 is printed next to the JomPAY logo on your bill statement. Just look for the JomPAY logo on your bill statement.<\/li>\n
  10. Can I use JomPAY to purchase Prepaid Reload or Data Add Ons?
