  1. Kasi Up Prepaid Tourist Plan <\/strong>Terms and Conditions. <\/strong>The Kasi Up Prepaid Tourist Plan is subject to these Kasi Up Prepaid Tourist Plan Terms and Conditions. By Your subscription and\/or use of the Kasi Up Prepaid Tourist Plan, You acknowledge that You understand these Kasi Up Prepaid Tourist Plan Terms and Conditions and any other applicable terms and conditions available @https:\/\/yesmy-dev.azurewebsites.net\/docs\/tnc\/general-terms-and-conditions<\/a>, and agree to abide by them.<\/li>\n
  2. Applicable Terms and Conditions.<\/strong>Subject only to the variations as expressly set out herein, all other terms and conditions in the Prepaid Service Terms and Conditions and any other applicable terms and conditions available at yes.my\/tnc<\/a> shall be applicable and are binding on You. In the event of any inconsistency between the Kasi Up Prepaid Tourist Plan Terms and Conditions and the Prepaid Service Terms and Conditions and any other applicable terms and conditions, these Kasi Up Prepaid Tourist Plan Terms and Conditions shall prevail to the extent of any such inconsistency.<\/li>\n
  3. The <\/strong>Kasi Up Prepaid Tourist <\/strong>Plan
    \n<\/strong>The Kasi Up Prepaid Tourist Plan consist of a SIM Card which is preloaded with a Mobile Number.
    \n3.2 You may purchase the Kasi Up Prepaid Tourist Plan via selected dealer only.

  4. Activation of Kasi Up Prepaid Tourist Plan
    \n<\/strong>You are required to perform a one-time activation of the SIM Card within thirty (30) days from the date You receive the SIM Card failing which the SIM Card can no longer be activated and Your Service account shall be terminated accordingly. In such instance, any payment made by You, including the Commitment Fee and any deposits paid, shall be automatically forfeited and no refund shall be made to You.<\/li>\n
  5. 10GB Internet Data
    \n<\/strong>You may utilise the 10GB Internet Data during the Account Validity Period.
    \n5.2 In the event that You have fully utilised (a) the 10GB Internet Data before the expiry of the Account Validity Period and (b) any Data Add-Ons purchased during Account Validity Period, You may enjoy Free Basic Internet during the remaining days of the Account Validity Period.
    \n5.3 Upon expiry of the Account Validity Period, any internet data in the 10GB Internet Data which remains unutilised shall be forfeited automatically.<\/li>\n
  6. Charges & SST
    \n<\/strong>6.1 Save as expressly provided herein, there will be no charges imposed on Your use of domestic On-Net Services.
    \n6.2 Charges will be imposed on Your use of all IDD Service in accordance with the voice calls and SMS rates published @ https:\/\/site.yes.my\/roaming<\/a>.

  7. Right to change.
    \n<\/strong>We reserve the right to change, modify and\/or amend these Kasi Up Prepaid Tourist Plan Terms and Conditions or any part thereof at any time without any liability to You. For the purposes of this provision, a modification, change and\/or amendment to these Kasi Up Prepaid Tourist Plan Terms and Conditions will be deemed to be effective upon a notice being placed on Our official website @ www.yes.my. We may also notify You by sending a notice electronically to Your last known e-mail address registered with our provided to Us. <\/p>\n

    Definitions
    \n<\/strong>All capitalized terms and expressions in these Kasi Up Prepaid Tourist Plan Terms and Conditions, unless defined herein, shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in the Prepaid Service Terms and Conditions.
    \n
    \n\u201c4G LTE Data\u201d<\/strong> means data service provided via Our SIM Card.<\/p>\n

    \u201c10GB Internet Data\u201d<\/strong> shall have the same meaning ascribed to it in Clause 3.3 herein.<\/p>\n

    \u201cAccount Validity Period\u201d<\/strong> means forty (40) days commencing from the date of activation of the SIM Card.<\/p>\n

    \u201cSST\u201d<\/strong> means any sales and services tax or any similar value added tax on the sale of goods or the provision of services in accordance to the Sales Tax Act 2018 and\/or the Service Tax Act 2018.<\/p>\n

    \u201cOff-Net Services\u201d<\/strong> means the provisioning of services beyond Our Network where access to a third party service provider\u2019s network will be required in order to provide the services.<\/p>\n

    \u201cOn-Net Services\u201d<\/strong> means the provisioning of services within Our Network and access to a third party service provider\u2019s network will not be required in order to provide the services.<\/p>\n

    \u201cFree Basic Internet\u201d<\/strong> means the Internet access service provided free as part of the Kasi Up Prepaid Tourist Plan at throttled speed of 128 kbps on best effort basis.<\/p>\n
