如何激活您的新 Yes SIM 卡
请按照以下步骤操作：
- 步骤 1 下载 MyYes 应用并启动应用程序
- 步骤 2 点击 “激活 SIM”，然后点击 “开始”
- 步骤 3 扫描 Yes SIM 条形码或手动输入您的 SIM 序列号
- 步骤 4 选择号码并点击 “下一步”
- 步骤 5 选择您的证件，扫描并确认证件类型
- 步骤 6 按照步骤完成 eKYC 和证件验证以完成激活。
- 步骤 7 创建登录 MyYes 应用的密码。激活确认信息将发送给您。
- 步骤 8 对于 Yes eSIM，您需要在支持 Yes eSIM 的设备主屏幕上点击 “安装” 以安装 eSIM 配置文件。注意：“转换至 Yes” 也可在 SIM 激活期间进行。
- 步骤 1 下载 MyYes 应用并登录。

- Is JomPAY FREE? Yes, JomPAY is absolutely FREE for customers who are making bill payments.
- Where can I find JomPAY? JomPAY is available on all Internet & Mobile Banking service from 42 banks in Malaysia.
- Do I have to register before making a payment with JomPAY? No registration is required with JomPAY. However, you must have Internet or Mobile Banking services access at one of the 42 banks. For more information on obtaining Internet or Mobile Banking services access, please contact your preferred bank.
- How do I pay with JomPAY? It’s simple. All you have to do is: Step 1 – Login to your Internet or Mobile Banking Service; Step 2 – Select JomPAY from the Pay Bills menu; Step 3 – Enter Biller Code (22376 for YES), Ref-1 (Billing Account) and payment amount; Step 4 – Verify the information and confirming the transaction. - What is Biller Code? Biller Code is a unique number to identify a JomPAY Biller. YES’s unique Biller Code is 22376.
- What is Ref-1? How do I to find it? Ref-1 is YES Billing account number. Ref-1 is printed next to the JomPAY logo on your bill statement. Just look for the JomPAY logo on your bill statement.
- What is Ref-2? How do I to find it? Ref-2 is a Contact Number. Ref-2 is printed next to the JomPAY logo on your bill statement. Just look for the JomPAY logo on your bill statement.
- Can I use JomPAY to purchase Prepaid Reload or Data Add Ons? No. You can only pay your Postpaid bill via JomPAY.
