In terms of 5G coverage areas, you can already enjoy Yes 5G connectivity in selected areas of Selangor, KL, Cyberjaya, Putrajaya, Johor, Perak and Penang. Based on Digital Nasional Berhad’s (DNB) plans, the 5G network is expanding fast and it is expected to reach 80% of Malaysia’s population by 2024. Step 1
Choose One (1) SIM from the three (3) SIM cards that you have received. The first SIM card will be the primary SIM that needs to be inserted in your Yes Infinite Gateway 5G router. The other two (2) SIM cards will be your supplementary mobile lines.

Step 2
Download the MyYes app, open the application and click on “New User”.

Step 3
Click on “Activate SIM”, then “Start”.

Step 4
Scan the barcode found on the back of the SIM jacket or manually input the SIM serial number.

Step 5
Accept the assigned number and click “Next”.

Step 6
Complete your Primary SIM Activation by following the ID and face recognition verification process (eKYC).

Step 7
Proceed with number selection for your supplementary mobile lines, “Book” the chosen number and “Continue” to complete SIM activation. *You may insert the SIM cards for supplementary lines into your supported mobile devices.

Step 8
A confirmation message of your activation will be sent upon completion of verification process (eKYC).

If you terminates the Yes Wireless Fibre Service Plans during the contract period, you will be subject to Early Termination Charges (“ETC”).
