  1. The Promotion.<\/strong>The LFH Exclusive Reload promotion (\u201cPromotion<\/strong>\u201d) is a time-limited promotion by YTL Communications Sdn Bhd (\u201c\u00a0YTLC<\/strong>\u201d).<\/li>\n
  2. Eligibility.<\/strong>\u00a0Subscribers who are registered under any of the Learn From Home Programme initiative by YTL Foundation is eligible to participate in this Promotion (\u201cEligible Subscribers<\/strong>\u201d).<\/li>\n
  3. Applicable Terms & Conditions.<\/strong>\u00a0Subject only to the variations as expressly set out herein (\u201cPromo T&Cs<\/strong>\u201d), all other terms and conditions incorporated in the Prepaid Service Terms and Conditions and Yes 4G LTE Prepaid Plan Terms and Conditions available at\u00a0www.yes.my\/tnc<\/a>\u00a0shall remain valid and applicable to this Promotion (collectively referred as \u201c\u00a0General Applicable Terms and Conditions<\/strong>\u201d). In the event of any inconsistency between the General Applicable Terms and Conditions and these Promo T&Cs, these Promo T&Cs shall prevail to the extent of any such inconsistency. Words in capital not defined herein shall have the same meaning ascribed to in the General Applicable Terms and Conditions.<\/li>\n
  4. Promotion Period.<\/strong>\u00a0The Promotion will commence on\u00a016th October 2020<\/strong>, 12:00 a.m. and continue until further notice (\u201c\u00a0Promotion Period<\/strong>\u201d).<\/li>\n
  5. The Promotion.<\/strong>
    \n5.1 The service offerings under the LFH Exclusive Reload Promotion (\u201cLFH Exclusive Reload\u201d) is stated below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

    LFH Exclusive Reload 20<\/td>\nRM20<\/td>\n40 days from the subscription date<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

    5.2 An Eligible Subscriber may purchase the LFH Exclusive Reload Promotion via any of the following channels only namely:-
    \n(a)\u00a0MyYes<\/a>\u00a0App; and
    \n(b)\u00a0    Express Pay<\/a>;<\/p>\n

    5.3 If an Eligible Subscriber purchases multiple LFH Exclusive Reload, the Eligible Subscriber\u2019s Account Validity Period will be extended accordingly based on the last Reload successful purchase date. For example, if an Eligible Subscriber\u2019s Account Validity Period ends on 30 April 2020, and on 25 April 2020 he\/she purchases a LFH Exclusive Reload and again on 28 April 2020, the Eligible Subscribers purchases another LFH Exclusive Reload, in such instance, his\/her Account Validity Period will be extended to 6 June 2020 based on the LFH Exclusive Reload purchased by him on 28 April 2020.<\/li>\n

  6. Limitation of Liability.\u00a0<\/strong>YTLC shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including without limitation loss of use, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties) howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, in connection with this Promotion.<\/li>\n
  7. Laws.\u00a0<\/strong>This Promotion shall in all respect be governed by the laws of Malaysia.<\/li>\n
  8. Modifications.\u00a0<\/strong>YTLC reserves the right to, at any time, add to, delete, vary or amend the terms and conditions herein or change or modify any aspect of the Promotion, in whole or in part at any time and from time to time and at its sole discretion without notice and without liability to the Eligible Subscribers or any other party.
