Through these plans, the Subscriber (Principal User for Yes Wireless Fibre<\/a> and Infinite Postpaid Plan<\/a>) who are 18 years and above of age.<\/li>\n
    2. What are the services under <\/strong>Infinite Supplementary Line Service Plan<\/strong>?
      \n<\/strong>It allows the Principal User and his\/her supplementary user to enjoy unlimited data internet and services as per subscriber\u2019s plan subscription.<\/li>\n
    3. Will I be bound by any contract period if I subscribe to any of the <\/strong>Infinite Supplementary Line Service Plan<\/strong>?<\/strong>
      \nNo, You will not be subjected to any contract period when You subscribe to any of the Infinite Supplementary Line Service Plan<\/li>\n
    4. How long is the Programme period?<\/strong>
      \n<\/strong>The Programme will commence on 9th <\/sup>September 2022<\/strong> and continue until further notice.<\/li>\n
    5. How can I subscribe to the <\/strong>Infinite Supplementary Line<\/strong> Service Plan<\/strong>?<\/strong>

        1. As a foreigner, can I subscribe to <\/strong>Infinite Supplementary Line Service <\/strong>Plan?
          \n<\/strong>Yes, you may. However, in addition to the Commitment Fee, You will be required to pay a deposit of RM200 for each rate offerings under Principle Lines subscribed by You.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          1. Can I use my smartphone as a mobile hotspot?<\/strong>
            \n<\/strong>Yes, hotspot is available on Infinite Supplementary Service Plan.<\/li>\n
          2. Can I increase my hotspot quota of my principle and supplementary data? <\/strong>
            \nYes, you can purchase any of our Hotspot Add-On<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            1. If I purchase the Hotspot add-ons for Principle Lines, will my supplementary lines enjoy the service as well?<\/strong>
              \nNo, for Hotspot Add-Ons purchase, it is only applicable to the respective mobile number that is purchased for.<\/li>\n
            2. If the Subscriber is an existing Yes subscriber, is he\/she allowed to sign up <\/strong>Infinite Supplementary Line Service <\/strong>Plan?<\/strong>
              \nYou may refer to the FAQ 6 on the eligibility.<\/li>\n
            3. If I am a Yes Postpaid plan subscriber can I retain my existing number as Supplementary Line?<\/strong>
              \nNo, Supplementary Line subscription only for new sign up or via MNP.<\/li>\n
            4. Is unlimited data available for overseas usage?
              \n<\/strong>No, the unlimited data offered under Infinite Supplementary Lines Plan is available for domestic usage only. Standard IDD rate and               roaming charges<\/a> will apply for any overseas usage. For more information, please refer to Roaming & IDD FAQ.<\/a><\/li>\n
            5. What happens if I did not fully utilise my internet data under the hotspot data capacity allocation?<\/strong>
              \nAny internet data under the hotspot data capacity allocation which remains unutilised in a relevant Billing Cycle will be deemed as unutilised and cannot be carried forward to the succeeding Billing Cycle.<\/li>\n
            6. If my principal line is barred what will happen to my line?<\/strong>
              \nOnce your principal line is barred, you will not be allowed to use the unlimited data usage, outgoing call and SMS will be restricted. Simultaneously, your supplementary line users will not be able to enjoy the unlimited data usage and will be restricted from performing outgoing calls and SMS.<\/li>\n
            7. When can I activate the SIM Card which I receive under this Infinite Supplementary Line Service Plan?<\/strong>
              \nYou must activate the SIM Card within thirty (30) days from date you receive the SIM Card (\u201cSIM Activation Period<\/strong>\u201d).<\/li>\n
            8. What happens if I don\u2019t activate the SIM Card at any time during the SIM Activation Period?
              \n<\/strong>Your\u00a0SIM Card will expire automatically and Your Service account will be terminated accordingly if You don\u2019t activate Your SIM Card within the SIM Activation Period. In such instance, any payment made by you, including the Commitment Fee and any deposit will be forfeited and no refund will be made to you.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              Billing<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

              1. If I have subscribed to postpaid plan\/(s) in addition to the <\/strong>Infinite Supplementary Line<\/strong> Principle <\/strong>Plan, will I receive a separate bill for each of the plan including <\/strong>Infinite Supplementary Line<\/strong> Plan?
                \n<\/strong>No, bill statement for Infinite Supplementary Lines Principle Plan\u00a0will be consolidated with the rest of the postpaid plan\/(s) bill and You may view and manage your bill via                 MyYes<\/a>app.<\/li>\n
              2. Will supplementary line user receive any bill statement?<\/strong>
                \nNo, only one bill statement for principal line user and can be view and manage the bill via                 MyYes <\/a>app.<\/span><\/li>\n
              3. Will principal\/ supplementary line users\u2019 usage details be listed down in the bill statement?<\/strong>
                \nYes, the principal user\u2019s and supplementary line users usage details will be listed down in the bill statement<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n


                \nTermination<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

                1. If I terminate my Principal line, will the supplementary lines still be active?<\/strong>
                  \nIf the principal line is terminated, all of the supplementary lines will be terminated as well.<\/li>\n
                2. What happens if I terminate the Principal and supplementary lines?<\/strong>
                  \nUpon termination of all the lines, You charges will be pro-rated for the usage period and this is in addition to any outstanding bill amount owing to us. Further, if You are under a fixed contract, You will also be subjected to early termination charges.<\/li>\n
                3. Where can I terminate my principal or supplementary line?<\/strong>
                  \nOnly principal User can terminate the account via                   yescare@yes.my<\/a> or Yes Store & Service Centre. The supplementary line user is not allowed to submit the termination request.<\/li>\n
                4. Can supplementary line user terminate their line by their own?<\/strong>
                  \nNo, the supplementary line user cannot terminate his\/her line. Termination of plan must be from the Principal user.<\/p>\n

                5. Can I port in to this <\/strong>Infinite Supplementary Line<\/strong> Principle Plan?
                  \n<\/strong>Yes, You may port in to the Infinite Supplementary Line Principle<\/li>\n
                6. How can I switch to <\/strong>Infinite Supplementary Line<\/strong> Principle Plan?
                  \n<\/strong>Please visit to our nearest Yes Stores or via                   MyYes<\/a> app for any port in request.<\/li>\n
                7. Is there any charge for port in service?<\/strong>
                  \nThere will be no charges imposed on port in.<\/li>\n
                8. Will there be any fees or charges that I need to pay during the sign up of Infinite Supplementary Plan? <\/strong>
                  \nThere will be no fees or charges during the sign up; however the monthly commitment fee for Infinite Supplementary Plan will be charge and reflected on the upcoming bill cycle.<\/li>\n
                9. Can my principal line and supplementary lines from other telco port in together? <\/strong>
                  \nYes, you can port in from other service provider and set up to be as principal user or supplementary line.<\/li>\n
                10. Can I port out from this <\/strong>Infinite Supplementary Line<\/strong> together with my Principle Plan?
                  \n<\/strong>Yes, upon settlement of all outstanding (including ETC if any) and current bill amount.<\/li>\n
                11. Can my supplementary line port out?<\/strong>
                  \nNo, supplementary line user is not allowed to port out.<\/li>\n
                12. What happen if my principle line request to port out?<\/strong>
                  \nOnce Your principal line is port out, all your supplementary lines tied to your principal line will be port out as well.<\/li>\n
                13. How long does it take for port in to Yes Services?<\/strong>
                  \nThe port in process will take about 24 hours from the time of request.<\/li>\n
