  6. Can I sign up more than one (1) Yes Wireless Fibre Bundle Service Plan?<\/strong>
    \nYou may subscribe to one or more Yes Wireless Bundle Fibre Bundle Service Plans provided always that You do not have, in aggregate, more than six (6) Postpaid Service Plans registered with Us.<\/li>\n
  7. Why did I received Three (3) SIM cards after purchasing Yes Wireless Fibre Bundle Service Plan?<\/strong>
    \nUnder Yes Wireless Bundle Fibre Bundle Service Plans You will be getting three (3) SIM cards One (1) SIM card is for Principal to be used in Yes Infinite Gateway router and two (2) SIM cards are Supplementary Lines for smartphone use.<\/li>\n
  8. How do I activate my SIM cards for Yes Wireless Fibre Bundle Service Plan? <\/strong>
    \nStep 1
    \n<\/strong>Choose one (1) SIM from the three (3) SIM cards that you have received. The first SIM card will be your Primary SIM 1 that needs to be\u00a0inserted into your Yes 5G Infinite Gateway device. The other two (2) SIM cards (SIM 2 & SIM 3) will be your supplementary SIM cards that need to\u00a0be\u00a0inserted into your\u00a0supported mobile devices.

    \n<\/strong>Download the\u00a0    MyYes<\/a>\u00a0app, open the application and click on \u201cNew User\u201d.\u200b

    \n<\/strong>Scan the barcode found on the back of the SIM jacket or manually input your 19-digit SIM serial number.

    \nNo, it is not allowed.<\/li>\n
  11. I am an existing Yes\u00a0customer.\u00a0Can I keep my\u00a0existing number and subscribed to Yes Wireless Fibre Bundle Service Plan? <\/strong>
    \nNo, Yes Wireless Fibre Service Plan only applicable for new sign up customer.<\/li>\n
  12. Can I port in to Yes Wireless Fibre Bundle Service Plan?
    \n<\/strong>No, Yes Wireless Fibre Bundle Service Plan only applicable for new sign up.<\/li>\n
  13. What happens if I terminate the Principal Line under Yes Wireless Fibre Bundle Service Plan and Supplementary Lines?<\/strong>
    \nUpon termination of all the lines, You charges will be pro-rated for the usage period and this is an addition to any outstanding bill amount owing to us. Further, if You are under a fixed contract, You will also be subjected to early termination charges.<\/li>\n
  14. Do the Yes Wireless Fibre Bundle Service Plan come with a voice or SMS service?
    \n<\/strong>Yes, for Supplementary Line under Yes Wireless Bundle Fibre Service Plan is to be use in smartphones which support Calls and outgoing SMS, offerings as per FAQ 4.
    \nHowever please take note, for Principal Line of Yes Wireless Bundle Fibre Service Plan is to be used only in Yes 5G Infinite Gateway router purely for data usage only.<\/li>\n
  15. Do I need to activate the SIM card immediately upon receipt, or can I do so at a later time?<\/strong>
    \nYou are required to perform a one-time activation of the SIM Card within seven (7) days from the date you receive the SIM Card for Yes Wireless Bundle Fibre Service Plan. Failing to do so will result in the SIM Card being automatically activated after seven (7) days from the date you receive the SIM Card.<\/li>\n
  16. Can I use the Yes Wireless Fibre Bundle Service Plan\u2019s 5G enable SIM card in my smartphone?
    \n<\/strong>For Principal Line the 5G enable SIM card only allowed to be use for Yes Infinite Gateway router device.
    \nAs for Supplementary Line is a mobile plan, the 5G enable SIM card support for smartphone use.<\/li>\n
  17. How do I check my data usage or make bill payment for my Yes Wireless Fibre Bundle Service Plan?<\/strong>
    \nYou may check your data balance or make bill payment via MyYes app. You can refer to     Yes Payment Channels<\/a> for more information.<\/li>\n
  18. Can I upgrade my Yes Wireless Fibre Bundle Service Plan to higher plan rate during the contract period?<\/strong>
    \nNo, you are not allowed to do so as of now.<\/li>\n
  19. What is Yes Wireless Bundle Fibre Bundle Service Plan\u2019s speed level assurance that Yes is providing?<\/strong>
    \nThe speed level is provided based on best effort.<\/li>\n
  20. What if my area is not within the 5G coverage?<\/strong>
    \nThe 5G coverage is expanding and getting wider coverage. Certain areas where are not within the 5G network coverage range, You will still get to continue enjoying our 4G connectivity and services on Yes network.<\/li>\n
  21. What is the warranty period for the device and accessories?
    \n<\/strong>The standard warranty period for Yes 5G Infinite Gateway device are for 12 months and the accessories for devices are only 6 months.<\/li>\n
  22. How do I claim the warranty if the Yes Infinite Gateway router that I purchased defective?<\/strong>
    \nYou can walk in to any nearest Yes Store to do One to One swap<\/strong> providing the device is still within the warranty period. However, you will need to buy a new device at RM1199<\/strong> if the device is out of warranty.<\/li>\n
  23. How many users can connect to the Yes Infinite Gateway router at one time?<\/strong>
    \nYes Infinite Gateway router can connect up to 32 devices per SSID.<\/li>\n
  24. How do I set up the Yes Infinite Gateway router?<\/strong>
    \ni.<\/strong> Remove the SIM slot cover
    \nii.<\/strong> Install the SIM card into the spring-loaded SIM slot as directed. To remove the SIM, press the edge of the SIM inward and the SIM will pop out (Please ensure that you use the Standard and not the Micro or Nano SIM)
    \niii.<\/strong> Close the SIM cover
    \niv.<\/strong> Connect your power adaptor to the wall outlet
    \nv.<\/strong> Connect power adaptor to the 12V port on the device
    \nvi.<\/strong> Use LAN port to connect your wired device via Ethernet cable

    \nIf You terminates the Yes Wireless Fibre Service Plans during the Contract Period, You will be subject to Early Termination Charges (\u201cETC\u201d).<\/li>\n
  27. What is 7 Days Return Policy? <\/strong>
    \n7 Days Return Policy is for Yes Wireless Fibre Service Plan customers who wish to cancel the contract within seven (7) days from the SIM activation date. *Terms and conditions apply.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  28. How do I cancel my subscription during 7 Days Return Policy for Yes Wireless Fibre Bundle Service Plan?<\/strong>
    \nThe request can be done via Yes Store if met with below conditions; <\/strong>
    \n(i)<\/strong> You have no or slow Service connection at Your registered premise; and
    \n(ii)<\/strong> Your data usage consumption at Your registered premise is less than 10GB (4G + 5G); and
