The first SIM card will be your Primary SIM 1 that needs to be\u00a0inserted into your Yes 5G Infinite Gateway device. Further, if You are under a fixed contract, You will also be subjected to early termination charges.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Do the Yes Wireless Fibre Bundle Service Plan come with a voice or SMS service?<br \/>\n<\/strong>Yes, for Supplementary Line under Yes Wireless Bundle Fibre Service Plan is to be use in smartphones which support Calls and outgoing SMS, offerings as per FAQ 4.<br \/>\nHowever please take note, for Principal Line of Yes Wireless Bundle Fibre Service Plan is to be used only in Yes 5G Infinite Gateway router purely for data usage only.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Do I need to activate the SIM card immediately upon receipt, or can I do so at a later time?<\/strong><br \/>\nYou are required to perform a one-time activation of the SIM Card within seven (7) days from the date you receive the SIM Card for Yes Wireless Bundle Fibre Service Plan. Certain areas where are not within the 5G network coverage range, You will still get to continue enjoying our 4G connectivity and services on Yes network.<\/li>\n<li><strong>What is the warranty period for the device and accessories?<br \/>\n<\/strong>The standard warranty period for Yes 5G Infinite Gateway device are for 12 months and the accessories for devices are only 6 months.<\/li>\n<li><strong>How do I claim the warranty if the Yes Infinite Gateway router that I purchased defective?<\/strong><br \/>\nYou can walk in to any nearest Yes Store to do <strong>One to One swap<\/strong> providing the device is still within the warranty period. However, you will need to buy a new device at <strong>RM1199<\/strong> if the device is out of warranty.<\/li>\n<li><strong>How many users can connect to the Yes Infinite Gateway router at one time?<\/strong><br \/>\nYes Infinite Gateway router can connect up to 32 devices per SSID.<\/li>\n<li><strong>How do I set up the Yes Infinite Gateway router?<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>i.<\/strong> Remove the SIM slot cover<br \/>\n<strong>ii.<\/strong> Install the SIM card into the spring-loaded SIM slot as directed.
